The Coboa department is consisted of two sections: interior design and calculation section, and execution and installation section. Both sections proceed with the design process according to clients’ desire and wish while are finally executed under the supervision of interior design section’s professionals.
Introducing Coboa Design and Execution Department:
The Coboa design and execution department is no doubt one of the most active departments in Azaran Fazanama Company. It consists of a group of professional architects and interior designers who use 3D real life illustrations to ease the communication process between their designs and clients. In special cases, this department along with the supervision section procures for standard instructions to be submitted to their clients in order to keep them informed and introduced to the project such that before executing each project, plans and related legal documents are reviewed.
For designing and executing every project, three steps are usually taken in the following order:
First step: site seeing by company’s professionals and attempting to understand the clients’ desires and requirements.
Second step: initial meeting with the clients and company’s professionals in order to view the initial plans and 3D illustrations and suggesting possible changes in the design by the clients, to finally sign a contract that finalizes the project.
Third step: sending an execution team to the site while company’s supervisors
make sure the designs are executed according to the design plans.
After the initial site visit, the 3D illustrations of the proposed design are produced using computer modeling in order to view the final execution and design. The ultimate goal in the design department is creating the best design solution in the least possible time which suits and cohabites the existing site in the best possible manner.
As a side note, in case the project’s site was not accessible to the designers, the client can personally take the necessary pictures and measurements and send them to the design department. This is a procedure that can help reducing the costs is many cases.
